TRiM Practitioner Training
This training prepares selected staff to become TRiM Practitioners, equipping them to conduct structured risk assessments and provide early intervention following traumatic incidents. It empowers colleagues to offer immediate, practical support within teams, reducing stigma and fostering resilience.

TRiM Manager Training
TRiM Manager Training prepares selected individuals to take on the role of TRiM Manager within their organisation. TRiM Managers are responsible for managing the TRiM process, supporting practitioners, advising leadership, and maintaining oversight of case management and documentation across incidents.

TRiM Policy Advice, Implementation, and Development
We provide expert guidance to organisations seeking to establish or refine trauma risk management frameworks. This includes writing your TRiM policy, advising on implementation plans, and ensuring your system is aligned with operational needs and governance standards. Our approach supports long-term capability and internal ownership of the process.

Stigma Reduction Training for Organisations
We offer one-day, in-person STIGMA1 and STIGMA2 (Strategic Training Informing Growth in Mental Health Attitudes) courses for both frontline staff and organisational leaders. Workforce courses focus on recognising and challenging stigma, fostering open conversations, and building supportive environments. Leadership courses equip managers to drive cultural change, model inclusive behaviours, and address systemic barriers to wellbeing. This ensures mental health is embedded in all aspects of organisational life.

Stigma Reduction Training for Defence and First Responder Organisations
We provide specific and contextualised STIGMA1 and STIGMA2 training for both frontline members and leaders in military and first responder organisations. Workforce courses empower staff to recognise and challenge stigma, support peers, and foster psychological safety. Leadership courses prepare managers to lead by example, drive authentic culture change, and ensure mental health is prioritised at all levels. All content is contextualised to the unique challenges of high-stress environments.

Resilience and Stress Management Training
Drawn from best practice across the globe, this training equips individuals and teams with practical strategies to manage pressure and recover from adversity. The course is contextualised for each organisation and covers techniques for building personal resilience, supporting colleagues, and maintaining performance under stress.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training
We deliver MHFA as a two-day, nationally accredited course equipping staff to identify early signs of mental health issues, provide immediate support, and guide individuals towards appropriate professional help. The training covers common mental health conditions, crisis situations such as panic attacks or suicidal thoughts, and practical skills for having safe, effective conversations. Suitable for all roles and industries, MHFA builds confidence and reduces stigma, ensuring your workforce can respond safely and supportively when mental health concerns arise.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
We deliver ASIST as a two-day, internationally recognised course that prepares staff to recognise signs of suicidal ideation and intervene with confidence and structure. The training is suitable for frontline personnel, peer supporters, and leadership staff responsible for managing welfare and risk. Participants learn to assess risk, engage directly, and build a collaborative safety plan in line with best-practice suicide prevention protocols. Delivered by instructors with lived experience and operational credibility, ASIST equips teams to respond clearly and effectively when the stakes are highest.

Strategic Trauma Risk Reviews and Consulting
We provide outcomes-focused support for organisations needing to assess, strengthen, or overhaul their trauma response systems. Our work spans policy audits, risk reviews, and development of escalation protocols, trauma-informed workflows, and integrated peer support models. We align processes with psychosocial risk obligations under WHS legislation and ensure all frameworks withstand clinical, legal, and industrial scrutiny. Whether responding to a critical incident, coronial finding, or internal risk exposure, we deliver structured, accountable solutions for managing trauma at scale.

White Papers and Strategic Reports
We produce sector-specific white papers and strategic reports that inform policy, shape organisational reform, and support critical investment decisions. Commissioned by boards, unions, government bodies, and insurers, our reports translate operational realities and practitioner insights into structured, evidence-led arguments. Topics include trauma exposure in high-risk roles, gaps in post-incident response, and system-wide mental health vulnerabilities. Our reports are written with clarity, authority and precision to support policy, funding or operational decisions at the highest level.

Research and Outcome Evaluation
We conduct applied research and evaluation into trauma exposure, psychological injury prevention, and system-level interventions. This includes outcome evaluation of programmes such as TRiM, analysis of critical incident data, and partnership in qualitative or longitudinal studies. Our team brings practical expertise, access to frontline environments, and the ability to translate lived experience into usable data. We produce findings that inform strategy, guide reform, and meet the expectations of executive decision-makers, funders and regulators.

Inquiry Submissions and Position Papers
We prepare evidence-based submissions and policy briefs for government inquiries, regulatory reviews and strategic reform processes. Whether representing a union, agency or sector, we produce content built on operational evidence and clear recommendations. Submissions cover gaps in mental health systems, first responder exposure, WHS compliance and reform priorities. We write with a focus on clarity, legislative alignment and impact to ensure your position is heard and understood.
